What makes stubborn fat stubborn
I’m somewhat hesitant about posting this.
As I like to say, I’m more of a reporter than considering myself a guru on anything about fat loss, yet…
this topic will cause some people to think they have stubborn fat…
while in reality, they first need to worry about other ‘types’ of body fat.
Let me explain.
There are different types of fat (we can call them this way).
Visceral fat, Brown adipose tissue, subcutaneous fat, essential body fat, and stubborn fat.
So while stubborn fat is one “type” of body fat, it’s not one you have to worry at least you’re really lean already — I’m talking about -10% body fat in men and -13% in women.
That being said…
You need to know that stubborn fat is quite different from the rest.
This doesn’t mean you have to use some miracle diet or what makes you target this (the building block of all diets still applies here), but…
you have to consider that physiologically speaking it’s not as easy to get rid of as the rest (hence the name). Things like hormonal responses (don’t get too crazy about them) and blood flow are some of the things that actually make stubborn fat stubborn.
And you can test this for yourself.
Put your hand in a place you feel and know you can easily burn fat (maybe your chest or arms), but then put in on your lovely handles, belly or thighs… I bet it feels cold.
Regardless of this information (as I said before), most people think that all they have to lose is just stubborn fat, but that couldn’t be further from the truth.
In most cases, first focusing on the building block of all diets will be enough to actually lose fat — and keep it off.
And when you do it, you’ll start noticing changes (sometimes not as visible as expected — that’s just how the body works) in your abdominal area.
Why?
Because visceral fat (fat that surrounds your organs) is the easiest one to lose.
So, all of this means that you don’t have to worry about stubborn fat at all?
Well, probably not at this moment in time.
If you don’t have a lean body with the body fat percentages I mentioned above, you are more than good by following the building block of all diets.
And in case it’s not clear what I mean by “building block of all diets”, here’s what it means:
It’s what makes any diet (keto, flexible dieting, clean eating, carnivore, IF, etc) either let you lose weight — specifically fat, or keep you wondering why isn’t that the scale moving.
If you’d like to know more about this and how it helps you make your next diet the last one you’ll need to lose those pounds for good, then you’re gonna want to get my new ebook “Fat Loss On Demand.”
— > Use the building block of all diets inside this system without caring about stubborn fat.
Fat loss should be somewhat simple, and that’s why I wrote this ebook.
You have everything you need (included with the 3 bonuses) to know what to do when the scale stops moving, how to tweak things (if any) and what it really takes to lose 1, 3 or maybe a little bit more of fat per week.
This book lays down the only way (and I mean it) to lose fat.
So make sure you don’t go another day without knowing this.
