No matter how hard you try or what diet you follow when you choose a diet the wrong way.

Let me explain.

Opposed to all the other fitness experts, gurus, and influencers that appear all over the internet, a few don’t claim that X diet is better than the rest to lose fat — let alone, that it’s the only way.

Still, I see people making the same mistakes when picking a diet to follow.

They find someone (usually on Instagram) with a body they want to have — or have similar expectations.

Then, it just happens that this person says that keto/Intermittent fasting/paleo (insert any diet) is what got him or her like that.

So all excited, you go and follow that specific diet.

And at first, things go great… until you get stuck.

Because not only you don’t know what to do, but you go and think that cutting calories is the answer — or going to the extreme and lowering even your food intake while adding cardio.

So this ends up making you all the initial weight you were losing to either stop — or worse, gain it back (and sometimes with a few extra pounds).

This is the worst way to choose a diet for fat loss.

Why?

Because you’re following something you either can’t sustain long enough to see results or you are doing it thinking that X diet is the only way to end up looking the way you want.

But there’s a better way (as always).

You don’t have to follow X diet to see results — heck, you don’t even need to go crazy low calories or stop eating the food you enjoy.

The key to finding the right diet for you is the one that doesn’t make you feel like you’re dieting at all.

That is “the only way” you’re going to not only see results, but actually keep them.

If you can’t tolerate the idea of eating 5 times a day (besides being useless), then don’t do it. You don’t have to do it to lose fat.

Well, what if you simply love eating carbs? Well, then by the same logic doing something like keto will feel like a nightmare for you — and trust me, you’ll only be thinking about food and especially carbs all day long.

This process becomes predictable when you have a simple evidence-based system for fat loss.

But what’s more…

you don’t feel like dieting is this thing that magically happens when you follow a specific diet which usually involves some type of sacrifice.

You can call this “the only way” to lose fat and keep it off.

Now, if you’d want to have such a system that shows you what to do when every step of the way

and doesn’t involve doing crazy fad diets or going through hell, then my new ebook “Fat Loss On Demand” can help you.

This ain’t magic or a miracle solution.

It’s all just based on the science of fat loss… and when you know what’s the building block of all diets, losing fat becomes predictable (and I’d say even fun).

In the end, you need to know why things happen in your body and what to do when those things happen so you keep making progress…

it’s not about doing a magical diet that just melts fat because of doing it.

Just keep that in mind when choosing a diet to follow.

And hopefully, your next diet is the last one you’ll need to lose those pounds. That should be the goal.
