The tale of fat loss diets

Once upon a time, there was a little family in a small town.

They were always happy and had all the food at their disposal, and they enjoyed eating (just like any other human being).

But there was a problem.

No matter what they did, they always seemed to be exactly in the same body composition they have been for years.

And it wasn’t until they started to notice they needed to do something about it that they kept that lifestyle.

They tried everything.

Going from endless walks to eating few calories, all of it seemed to be making little to no effect.

Out of desperation, they started to go to extremes.

They saw diets online and went on and tried them all.

From the most popular ones to the ones that looked like there was some mystical or magical power just by using it…

all attempt to lose fat was unnoticeable.

One day, they went on and started diving into the actual research of fat loss.

Confused at first by the simplistic answer they got, they felt skeptical to try it out.

But at that point, what did they have to lose?

So the family decided to go on a diet just one more time, not really expecting much.

And to their amazement, it happened to be the last one.

They didn’t really understand it at first, but they knew this worked for them.

As they got the results, they wondered if this could help others…

given it was based on the science of fat loss and not on magical diets.

So they started sharing this concept with others in town.

Their best friends didn’t believe them, but after seeing the results they got… they were more than curious enough to do as they said.

Now, their best friends also have lost the weight they wanted and not only believe that fat loss is something somewhat simple when they follow this approach,…

but they know anyone who tries it will see results.


Because this basic concept is rooted in the science of fat loss.

As such, this family and now many of their neighbors started getting into the best shapes of their lives…

all because they used what science shows is the only way to lose fat (and keep it off).

And they lived happily ever after.

What a totally made-up story, right?
(Plus, there was no villain)

Well, while the actual story is made up, the actual conversation and the dynamic that goes on here are more than relatable for many.

Simply put, this was a way of showing how using the science of fat loss is really what will make any attempt at dieting either succeed or fail.

I wish there was a magic wand to say that X diet or Y approach will be the answer,…

but that would be a fairy tale.

What’s not a tale is that once you know the concept of fat loss I call the building block of all diets, losing weight becomes not only inevitable… but predictable (and I’d say, you do it even on demand).

But don’t believe me.
