The irony of green smoothies for fat loss

It takes no time around the internet to see someone holding a green smoothie.

The recipes for these are endless, and they come in all shape and form.

But there’s an irony in all of these smoothies… they claim that they are what makes people lose weight.

And that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Let me explain.

This type of advice and claiming it’s the answer to lose fat, but it would be the same to claim that eating half of what you normally eat is the answer.

Both will make the scale go down (one more drastically than the other), but fat loss is more than actually just losing it — it’s about not gaining that weight back.

How many times have you tried to lose weight, yet…

no matter what, you just can’t seem to keep it off?

That’s why the answer is not to claim any green smoothie, fad diet or miracle recipe as the way to lose fat — let alone keep it.

The answer is knowing what makes any diet either successful or not.

Or said in another way…

by knowing the building block of all diets.

This is just basic science and many probably have tried it before, but this works only when you get to see how to tweak things in your diet and have a clear system that lays down step by step what to do when.

Yes, it’s based on science — not biased, but actual evidence…

it’s just that I preferred to give you a clear system to lose fat (and some other bonuses) rather than putting emphasis on the citations.

Either way, know that miracle diets, fad diets or any other crazy thing you see online won’t help you lose fat.

There’s only one way to lose fat (no matter what anyone says)…

that way is by knowing and using the building block of all diets.
