One simple habit you already do to lose (more) fat
You probably have heard about this habit a hundred times, yet…
that doesn’t mean we consistently do it (even when we think we do).
I’m talking about walking.
And the issue is not whether you’re walking or not enough (even when that helps), the issue is that what we think we walk vs. what we actually walk when losing fat is quite different.
It’s not breakthrough science to know that we need to create a caloric deficit to lose weight (how you do it is up to you), but…
when doing it, our body wants to preserve as much energy as possible.
There’s a component that tells how much energy your body burns without you even realizing it with nonconscious movements, called NEAT.
NEAT stands for Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis.
So fidgeting, making movements with your hands when talking, or walking fit into this category.
The thing is…
when we’re in a deficit, the body reduces the amount of these activities…
without you realizing it, of course.
This is why a great component (and has a bigger impact than exercise) is to try to keep your NEAT as high as possible.
And as you might have guessed, this is why tracking and keeping the same number of steps you take in a day when you are not losing fat is important for you to continue losing more fat.
Let’s say you’re walking the 10,000 steps that are recommended.
Maybe when dieting, you found yourself you’re walking half of it (again, you won’t notice it unless you track it).
Push yourself to continue walking the 10k steps when on a diet.
That way, you will be much more likely to not get so easily stuck with progress. Plus, you’re making sure you’re not burning fewer calories throughout the day from what you were used to and from what you thought.
But would you like how to constantly (and predictably) lose fat and stop going diet after diet without seeing the results?
Well, I showed you exactly how (nothing magical — just a simple system based on science and the building block of all diets) inside my new ebook called “Fat Loss On Demand”
It has everything you need to go from not knowing how to lose fat or why progress gets stalled to knowing what to tweak when so you constantly lose all the weight you want…
pretty much on demand.
You have nothing to lose… because you even have a 90-day money-back guarantee.
I’m that confident that you will see results with the ebook + the 3 bonuses, yet if you have tried it and didn’t see results for some reason (unlikely since it’s based on science and not on experience), you can just ask for your money… I’ll even let you keep the ebook.
Keep your steps up, and make sure you don’t reduce your steps. They will help you with your fat loss process.
