How to get shredded by the end of 2022

There are 81 days left before 2023 begins (at least at the time of this writing).

But the question I’ve seen the most on some forums is:

“Can I lose fat and look great by the end of 2022?”

Well, the short answer is yes and no… I mean, it depends.

Either way, I’ll show you how to do it and see in what answer you fall.

Let’s start with the basics.

How much weight do you think you have to lose?

Let’s say it’s about 25 pounds (which is what I lost when I followed my Fat Loss On Demand system).

By simple math, for you to lose those 25 pounds in 81 days…

it means you’d need to lose about 2 pounds per week for the next few days.

In my opinion, that’s not only doable, but it’s even ideal as you could be sure that most of what you lose is fat.

Next, comes a not-so-obvious question…

What are you doing right now to get you there?

Maybe you’re in the middle of a diet already… or maybe you just finished another diet that didn’t meet your expectations.

Whatever the case, keep this in mind.

If you don’t have the building block of all diets and a simple system in place (regardless of the diet you choose), the outcome is very likely to repeat itself.

We see this every day online and you bet it won’t change… unless, you find a simple system that’s based on science.

I don’t mean diets.

I mean a system to help you choose a diet.

This is why inside “Fat Loss On Demand” I talk about how the building block of all diets is the only way to lose weight… and having it in a system is what allows you to keep it off for good.

No need to restrict yourself from your favorite food, do hours of cardio (if any) or go crazy low on calories.

So you can accomplish your fitness goals before this year ends?

Chances are yes, but only if you start today and if you have a system in place.

Now, it’s also a matter of being realistic… so don’t expect to lose 5 pounds per week unless it’s an extreme situation — I talk about all of this as well as my suggested (with expectations) rate at how much weight someone on average should lose per week.

Either way…

If you want to have a system in place that lays down the only way to lose fat and how to use it so you make your next diet the last one you’ll need, then click the link below:
