Let’s pretend for a second you’d prefer to not cut out your favorite food to lose fat.
This would not only help you reduce the stress and anxiety of going through a diet but it would also help you stick to it… ideally, for the rest of your life.
Because while you can lose fat while eating what you want,…
there are still some changes you need to make in your diet in some way or form.
For some, that might be cutting carbs…
For others, that can be restricting their feeding window to a certain number of hours…
And for others, it’s actually cutting their favorite food.
None of them are magical or superior in one way or another (there’s zero evidence around that).
What matters is that you do what works best for you.
How do you know that?
Well, simply think of whether you feel that you can stop eating that food you enjoy (pizza, hamburger, or any other food) for the rest of your life, or if it’s more that you can eat in just 8 hours while not being hungry throughout the day.
Sure, there are some details and nuances that go into all of this.
But doing this before anything else would put you in a far better position of losing fat and keeping it off.
Because research is clear, 6 out of 7 people lose weight when they diet…
But about 1 person will only keep their weight off.
And for that, you should take into consideration this before even starting any diet.
That’s how you will become the person who not only loses fat… but keeps it off.
Don’t let the simplicity of this trick you.
It’s simple, yet it’s also simple to keep going diet after diet without keeping the results.
Just keep that in mind.
